The client wanted to create a retail space which despite its narrow dimensions, feels big and attractive, and the client is very satisfied with the design he received. The design has open layouts with sightlines running from the entrance to the end. The volume of space feels enhanced making it look attractive and grand. The building has a basement for storage, whereas the ground is divided into 2 levels with a mezzanine. The basement has strategic openings to promote cross-ventilation. The first-floor space is dedicated to a showroom with its views from the front road and pedestrian walkway.
