The design of this residence is governed by intent of creating a design that is modern yet sober and makes a statement in its neighborhood. The house is a two-storey building, housing a 3 Bedroom space on the ground floor with a large hall for renting or occasional celebrations, whereas the living adobe for the owners is on the first floor.

The house has a great orientation, with its 2 sides open, facing East and North. These are the core direction from where the wind flows in Lucknow. Keeping the design Sustainable, the spaces within captures both natural diffused sunlight and wind which helps in lesser energy consumption and more indoor-outdoor relationship. This is also enhanced with the presence of a Courtyard on the first floor that is blended with their living space.
