residence for mr. JITENDER IN PATIALA, PUNJAB

The residence build for a family of 4 takes an unorthodox route during its design process. The house breaks the barrier of monotonous straight lines with over use artificial material that is in trend and rather proposes an exposed brick design with strategically designed perforations and angular lines that not only makes this design stand out but also drastically reduces its cost.

The design follows the heart of its owner who is a sound composer. The designed perforations have a rhythmic flow and follows an organic, non linear profile changing its form as it moves along the facade, just like the notes of music which have a harmonic flow.

The design follows the vastu and have a Very Sustainable approach which bring downs the cost of 3600 sq. ft of built up area to just 55 Lakhs.
